Seattle Dance House
Founded in 2016, the goal of Seattle Tánchaz (Dance House) is to provide an opportunity for recreational Hungarian folk dancing in the Puget Sound area.
These gatherings are held monthly. Dance houses start with authentic games and kids dances, open for all ages. It is followed by a dance circle where a dance of a village is taught during each semester, and a party follows with open dancing, singing, and a potluck. Occasionally, the Forrás Band provides live music.
